TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SLOTORO CASINO

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a personal account opened by the Customer with Slotoro Casino;
• "Bonuses" mean any promotional or reward funds credited to a Customer's Account;
• "Customer" means an individual who has registered for a free account on the Website;

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION

By registering for a free account on the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account, including but not limited to their name, address, date of birth and contact details. Slotoro Casino reserves the right to request additional verification documents from time to time.

3. GAMING AND BONUS TERMS

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be notified to the Customer at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• All payments made by the Customer are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Slotoro Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel any payment method at its sole discretion.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Slotoro Casino is committed to responsible gaming practices. The Customer must not use the Website for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing.

6. WAGERING LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

• The Customer may only wager amounts which are reasonably sufficient to cover their losses.
• Slotoro Casino reserves the right to impose limits on the amount a Customer can wager at any one time.

7. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT

The Customer may cancel their Account by contacting Slotoro Casino in writing. On cancellation, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Slotoro Casino reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for changes.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association of Curaçao.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other terms and conditions applicable to the Website, constitute the entire agreement between Slotoro Casino and each Customer.

11. BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Slotoro Casino and its successors and assigns.

12. WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Any failure or delay by Slotoro Casino to exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

13. HEADINGS

The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

14. NOTICES

All notices required or permitted to be given by these Terms and Conditions must be in writing.

By registering an Account on the Website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
